This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to Skybound Odyssey 3D, developed and published by Orytect on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Skybound Odyssey 3D is designed with a strict privacy-first, local-storage architecture so you can enjoy the application without creating an account or providing personal identity details.
Skybound Odyssey 3D stores your in-app data—including aircraft hangar customizations, mission & bounty progression, combat scores, and control/audio settings—directly on your device using standard operating system storage (iOS NSUserDefaults and Android SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to or stored on Orytect servers.
If Skybound Odyssey 3D offers optional in-app purchases or subscriptions, all transactions are processed directly by Apple App Store (StoreKit) or Google Play Billing (and validated via anonymized entitlement tokens such as RevenueCat where applicable). We never receive, view, or store your payment card numbers, bank details, or billing address.
