This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to Monument Stack 3D, developed and published by Orytect on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Monument Stack 3D is designed with a strict privacy-first, local-storage architecture so you can enjoy the application without creating an account or providing personal identity details.
Monument Stack 3D stores your in-app data—including high scores, unlocked architectural themes, and audio/haptic settings—directly on your device using standard operating system storage (iOS NSUserDefaults and Android SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to or stored on Orytect servers.
If Monument Stack 3D offers optional in-app purchases or subscriptions, all transactions are processed directly by Apple App Store (StoreKit) or Google Play Billing (and validated via anonymized entitlement tokens such as RevenueCat where applicable). We never receive, view, or store your payment card numbers, bank details, or billing address.

Monument Stack 3D does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photo library, or precise GPS location. The application only uses standard system capabilities for local audio playback, tactile haptic feedback, and optional local reminders when enabled by you.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, and we do not track you across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes.

Monument Stack 3D does not knowingly collect, solicit, or store personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, in compliance with COPPA and GDPR-K).
