This Privacy Policy explains how Orytect ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Meditaura mobile application.
This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to Meditaura, developed and published by Orytect on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Meditaura is designed with a strict privacy-first, local-storage architecture so you can enjoy the application without creating an account or providing personal identity details.
Meditaura stores your in-app data—including onboarding preferences, guided breathing and meditation session history, sleep timer settings, and daily mindfulness streaks—directly on your device using standard operating system storage (iOS NSUserDefaults and Android SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to or stored on Orytect servers.
If Meditaura offers optional in-app purchases or subscriptions, all transactions are processed directly by Apple App Store (StoreKit) or Google Play Billing (and validated via anonymized entitlement tokens such as RevenueCat where applicable). We never receive, view, or store your payment card numbers, bank details, or billing address.

Meditaura does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photo library, or precise GPS location. The application only uses standard system capabilities for local audio playback, tactile haptic feedback, and optional local reminders when enabled by you.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, and we do not track you across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes.

Meditaura does not knowingly collect, solicit, or store personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, in compliance with COPPA and GDPR-K). If you believe a child has sent personal information to us via support email, please contact orytect@orytect.com and we will delete it promptly.
Users in the European Economic Area (GDPR), the United Kingdom, Brazil (LGPD), California (CCPA/CPRA), and other jurisdictions have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data held about them, and to confirm that we do not sell or share personal information.
